About our Guest Speaker


Prior to setting up Taxwise Consulting Ltd. Mr Kisuu worked at PKF Kenya Ltd as Regional Tax Partner. He has over 15 year's tax experience in key sectors of EAC economies. He has also worked very closely with multinationals, local companies, parastatals, donor agencies and NGOs, including Unilever, British American Tobacco (BAT), Barrick Gold, Rwanda Revenue Authority and Uganda Revenue Authority. He is also an author and reviewer for the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation.

 

Mr. Kisuu is an alumnus of Strathmore School of Accountancy (SOA) and a current serving member of the Strathmore University Council (SUC). On and individual capacity, Martin has been featured severally on business news, in feature articles in tax and related magazines and contributes tax articles for local daily newspapers across the region. He loves all things tax and is always on cue to speak on the subject, following Government budget day announcements in the respective East African countries.

If he wasn't eating, breathing and living tax, Martin would be a farmer.
